Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Turkey Breast Tenderloin
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Rosemary
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Sage
  • 1 cup Whole Fresh Cranberries
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Juice From An Orange
  • 1 sprig Rosemary
  • 1/2 cup Swerve Granulated Sugar Substitute

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Add the cranberries, sugar, orange juice and rosemary in a pot over medium low heat.
  • Simmer the cranberries until they are bursting. You can add water during this process as needed. Turn the heat off, and slightly mash the berries.
  • Combine all of the seasonings in a bowl, and stir to combine.
  • Season both sides of the turkey breast tenderloins, and place into a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Spread the cranberry mixture over the turkey breast.
  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the foil, and bake for another 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the turkey breast is at least 165 degrees.
