Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Add the cranberries, sugar, orange juice and rosemary in a pot over medium low heat.
Simmer the cranberries until they are bursting. You can add water during this process as needed. Turn the heat off, and slightly mash the berries.
Combine all of the seasonings in a bowl, and stir to combine.
Season both sides of the turkey breast tenderloins, and place into a 9x13 baking dish.
Spread the cranberry mixture over the turkey breast.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove the foil, and bake for another 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the turkey breast is at least 165 degrees.
