Cranberry Turkey Breasts
If having a turkey as dry as Clark Griswold’s is a fear of yours, then you need this recipe. Every bite is tender and juicy.
The secret is smothering the turkey breasts in a low-carb cranberry sauce. If alarm bells are going off because you heard cranberries aren’t keto-friendly, you’re correct.
That’s why I used the cranberries as a sauce to keep the turkey moist. Plus, there is only one cup of cranberries in the entire recipe – and this recipe makes six servings.
These low-carb cranberry turkey breasts taste even better than they look. And they look so scrumptious that you will want to set them out on the table as part of the meal’s centerpiece.
Low-Carb Turkey Breasts
Thanksgiving is all about feasting and enjoying good food with people you love. But you don’t have to allow yourself to go out of ketosis for it.
With all the tasty sides to eat, the turkey should be super low in carbs. And this recipe only has 2 grams net carbs in each serving.
You can lower that number even more by not eating any of the cranberry sauce. I kept all the traditional turkey spices and flavors in this recipe.
As it bakes, the rosemary and thyme will fill your kitchen with warm aromas. It will smell like Thanksgiving!
Easy Turkey Breast Recipe
Discovering the ease of baking turkey breasts was a Thanksgiving game-changer. I don’t have to thaw a 20-pound bird in my fridge for days and I don’t have to find a huge roasting pan or let something cook all day long.
These low-carb turkey breasts will feed your entire family and since it’s just the breasts, you don’t have to struggle with carving the bird either. This is one of the easiest ways to cook a turkey for Thanksgiving.

How To Store Leftover Turkey
This recipe will feed your family and there will still be turkey leftover too! Use the leftover turkey to make some keto turkey pot pie or just serve the turkey in your meal prep for lunch.
Slice it and add it as protein to your salad recipes this week. Store the leftover cranberry turkey breasts in an airtight container and keep it in the refrigerator.
Then, eat or use them in other recipes within three days.
