6Zero Carb Small Tortillas
1medium Peach peeled and chopped
2tbspButter
1tbspSwerve Brown Sugar Substitute
1/2tspCinnamon
5ouncesCream Cheese softened
1/4cupSwerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute plus more for garnish
1tspVanilla Extract
Instructions
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the peaches, brown sugar Swerve and cinnamon to the skillet, and stir to combine well. Saute until the peaches are a crisp tender.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Blend together the cream cheese, Swerve confectioners sugar substitute and vanilla extract.
Let the peach mixture cool a bit.
Fold the peaches into the cream cheese mixture.
Place a line of the cream cheese peach filling down the center of each tortilla.
Roll the tortillas closed over the filling, and place seam side down on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake until lightly browned and crispy.
Garnish with confectioner sugar substitute before serving.
