Sweet and rich and incredibly indulgent, these cream cheese peach roll-ups are also low-carb. They are so easy and baked to perfection.
Are Peaches Keto-Friendly
If you are on a strict keto diet, you might have to eat just a little bit of these tasty roll-ups. Unfortunately, peaches are not a keto-friendly type of fruit. In one medium peach there are a whopping 13 grams net carbs!
Yeah, that’s a lot. And that’s why I call this a low-carb recipe, not a keto one. Be careful with how many peaches you add to each tortilla. If you are careful, each roll-up will only have 4 grams net carbs.
The filling should make enough to fill at least six tortillas.
Low-Carb Roll-Ups
This is a really indulgent recipe! The peaches caramelize in the brown sugar substitute and the result tastes like pie filling! Then you add the cream cheese and it’s like a combination of peach pie and cheesecake.
Serve these roll-ups at your next party! Everyone will love them, even people that aren’t on a low-carb diet.
Cream Cheese Roll-Ups
Use full-fat cream cheese, especially if you are on a keto diet. That fat will give you energy and help you feel full. You should also let it soften before you try to mix it with the peaches. Cold cream cheese is very difficult to work with.
Since roll ups are so easy to make, I love creating a bunch of different flavors and varieties. My keto cinnamon cream cheese roll-ups taste like a churro cheesecake. And blueberry roll-ups taste like an award-winning blueberry pie!
Keto Desserts
What are some of your favorite low-carb desserts? I could eat pumpkin-flavored desserts all year long. My keto pumpkin spice scones are some of my all-time favorites.
Creamed cottage cheese with honey is a surprisingly low-carb dessert too.
But I think these low-carb peach roll-ups will taste perfect with some keto ice cream on the side. No matter what, you just can’t go wrong with these hearty and filling roll-ups.
Best Keto Tortillas
To make these peach roll-ups, I used zero-carb small tortillas. Make sure you don’t use burrito-sized tortillas or else you’ll have too much.
Hip2Keto tested 9 different brands and listed out their favorites. That post might save you some time. After all of their testing, Mission brand was their favorite. This is great news because Mission Zero-carb tortillas are easy to find at the grocery store.
