8Street Taco-Sized Zero Carb Tortillas
3cupsShredded Chicken
1cupFrozen Mixed Vegetables
2tbspButter
4ounces Cream Cheese softened
1/2tspItalian Seasoning
1tspMinced Garlic
1/4cupHeavy Whipping Cream
1/4cupChicken Broth
Instructions
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Stir in the chicken and frozen vegetables. Cover and simmer until the vegetables are tender.
Mix in the cream cheese, garlic and Italian seasoning. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and combined.
Pour in the heavy whipping cream and chicken broth.
Reduce the heat to medium low, and simmer until the sauce has thickened.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, and let cool for a few minutes.
Place a line of filling down the center of each tortilla, and roll closed over the filling.
Add the tortillas, seam side down into a skillet with a bit of oil over medium heat.
Fry the tortillas until browned and crispy on all sides.
Serve immediately.
