Ingredients

  • 8 Street Taco-Sized Zero Carb Tortillas
  • 3 cups Shredded Chicken
  • 1 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/4 cup Chicken Broth

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Stir in the chicken and frozen vegetables. Cover and simmer until the vegetables are tender.
  • Mix in the cream cheese, garlic and Italian seasoning. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and combined.
  • Pour in the heavy whipping cream and chicken broth.
  • Reduce the heat to medium low, and simmer until the sauce has thickened.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, and let cool for a few minutes.
  • Place a line of filling down the center of each tortilla, and roll closed over the filling.
  • Add the tortillas, seam side down into a skillet with a bit of oil over medium heat.
  • Fry the tortillas until browned and crispy on all sides.
  • Serve immediately.
