Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 large Tomato sliced in half thinly
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Dry Italian Seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs.
  • Add the Italian seasoning, salt and pepper, followed by both cheeses and milk. Stir well.
  • Carefully pour the mixture into a 9-10 inch pie pan (I used a 9 ½ inch pan), then place in your oven. Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Once the quiche begins to set, carefully add the tomato slices on top. Return to the oven for another 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set and no longer jiggly.
  • Carefully remove the quiche from your oven and let cool slightly before serving.
