1 1/2tbspinstant coffee
1 1/2granulated sweetner
2tbsphot water
1tspvanilla extract
1 1/2cupsunsweetened coconut milk (can also use almond milk, or soy milk)
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
Whisk together instant coffee, sweetener of choice, and hot water until peaks are formed. (You can use a hand whisk, a hand mixer or a stand mixer. Your choice)
Fill a glass with ice cubes and with your choice of unsweetened milk.
Put one to three spoonfuls of the whipped coffee mixture on top.
