6Hard Boiled Eggs chopped
1cupBroccoli Florets steamed and finely chopped
1/4cupGreen Onions
1/2cupMayonnaise
1tspVinegar
2tspDijon Mustard
1/4tspPaprika
4slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
Instructions
Place the eggs, most of the green onions, broccoli and bacon into a mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, vinegar, dijon, paprika and salt to taste.
Pour the dressing mixture over the ingredients in the mixing bowl, and stir to combine well.
Serve garnished with additional green onions.
