Ingredients

  • 6 Hard Boiled Eggs chopped
  • 1 cup Broccoli Florets steamed and finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 4 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  • Place the eggs, most of the green onions, broccoli and bacon into a mixing bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, vinegar, dijon, paprika and salt to taste.
  • Pour the dressing mixture over the ingredients in the mixing bowl, and stir to combine well.
  • Serve garnished with additional green onions.
