Ingredients

  • 1 Turkey Breast about 3-4 pounds
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil or melted butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 medium Onion quartered
  • 2 Carrots chopped
  • 2 Celery Sticks chopped
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth or turkey broth
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1 tsp Dried Rosemary
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Fresh Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Pat the turkey roast dry with paper towels, then rub it all over with olive oil or melted butter. Season generously with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
  • In a large Dutch oven, scatter the onion, garlic, carrots, and celery at the bottom. Pour in the broth.
  • Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until turkey reaches 165F.
