4clovesGarlic minced
1medium Onion quartered

2Celery Sticks chopped

Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Pat the turkey roast dry with paper towels, then rub it all over with olive oil or melted butter. Season generously with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
In a large Dutch oven, scatter the onion, garlic, carrots, and celery at the bottom. Pour in the broth.
