1cupAlmond Flour
1/4cupCoconut Flour
2tspBaking Powder
1tspSalt
1Egg
1/2cupPumpkin Puree
1/3cupGreek YogurtPlain, Unsweetened
Everything Bagel Seasoning
Instructions
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Stir in greek yogurt, pumpkin, and egg.
Using your hands, mold the dough into a ball. Separate small pieces and roll out into long breadsticks.
Place the breadsticks on a prepared baking sheet. Top with Everything Bagel seasoning.
Bake at 375 degrees F. for approximately 15 minutes.
Remove and let cool.
Notes
I rolled my breadsticks out on a coconut flour-covered surface. Note: the dough will not be as sticky as regular dough. Be gentle with it, so it doesn’t fall apart when moving to the baking sheet.I sprayed the top of my breadsticks with cooking spray so the seasoning would stick easier.Calories: 145 Net Carbs: 5 Net Carbs Per Serving
