Ingredients

  • 2 Heads Of Broccoli chopped
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese shredded
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 4 strips Bacon
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • Salt and Pepper

Garnish

  • Fresh Parsley
  • Red Pepper Flakes
  • Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  • In a skillet, cook bacon. Once crispy, remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel to soak up grease. Drain excess grease from the pan.
  • Using the same skillet, begin to melt 2 Tbsp butter. Add chopped broccoli, paprika and a dash of salt and pepper.
  • Add ΒΌ cup of water. Continue to cook over medium heat, until broccoli is slightly tender.
  • Add minced garlic, cook for 1-2 minutes or until garlic is fragrant.
  • Stir in cream cheese, heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Stir until all the cheese is melted and begins to thicken.
  • Stir in the crumbled bacon. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley, red pepper flakes and additional cheese if desired.
