4cupsBroccoli Florets chopped into small pieces
1/3cupFeta Cheese crumbled
1/3cupSun Dried Tomatoes chopped and patted dry
1/4Red Onion chopped finely
2tbspSunflower Seeds
1/4cupKalamata Olives sliced
Greek Dressing
1cupPlain Greek Yogurt
1tbspLemon Juice
2tspGreek Seasoning
2tspSugar-Free Honey
1tbspOil from Sun Dried Tomatoes Jar
Pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix together the broccoli, red onion, feta, sun dried tomatoes and olives in a mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Greek seasoning, sugar free honey, oil from the Sun dried tomatoes and pepper to taste.
Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture, and stir to combine well before serving.
Garnish with sunflower seeds.
