2tspAchiote Powder
Juice from Medium Orange
Juice from One Lime

Instructions
Combine the coriander, cumin, paprika, oregano, achiote powder, orange juice, lime juice, olive oil and salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
Add the chicken to the mixing bowl, and marinate for at least 1 hour.
Heat the grill to 400 degrees.
Place the chicken on the grill and sear for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
