Ingredients

  • 3 large Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 tsp Ground Coriander
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Mexican Oregano
  • 2 tsp Achiote Powder
  • Juice from Medium Orange
  • Juice from One Lime
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Combine the coriander, cumin, paprika, oregano, achiote powder, orange juice, lime juice, olive oil and salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  • Add the chicken to the mixing bowl, and marinate for at least 1 hour.
  • Heat the grill to 400 degrees.
  • Place the chicken on the grill and sear for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
