Ingredients

Salad

  • 3 cups Shredded Chicken
  • 1/4 pound Chopped Deli Pepperoni
  • 1/4 pound Chopped Deli Salami
  • 4 slices Provolone Cheese Chopped
  • 1/3 cup Banana Peppers chopped
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Red Onion
  • 1 1/2 Roma Tomatoes chopped

Dressing

  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  1. Toss together the chicken, salami, pepperoni, provolone, tomatoes, banana peppers and red onion in a mixing bowl until well combined.

  2. Whisk together the dressing ingredients in a separate bowl, and pour over the salad ingredients. Toss to coat well.

  3. Serve immediately, or chill before serving if desired.
