  • Cast Iron Skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Almond Flour
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 3 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Parsley
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Chives

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl, and blend until well combined.
  • Grease a small baking pan or cast iron skillet well.
  • Wet your hands slightly, and form the mixture into 8 evenly sized balls.
  • Place the balls of dough into the skillet or baking pan, and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until browned on top and cooked through.
