1 1/2cupsAlmond Flour
1cupShredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2cupCottage Cheese
1pinchSalt
3tspBaking Powder
1/4tspGarlic Powder
2largeEggs
2tbspChopped Parsley
2tbspChopped Chives
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl, and blend until well combined.
Grease a small baking pan or cast iron skillet well.
Wet your hands slightly, and form the mixture into 8 evenly sized balls.
Place the balls of dough into the skillet or baking pan, and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until browned on top and cooked through.
