Low Carb Honey Garlic Sausage and Veggie Sheet Pan

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Natural Smoked Sausage Sliced
  • 1/2 Onion sliced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper chopped into large pieces
  • 1 large Carrot Sliced
  • 1/4 pound Brussels Sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 3 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Sugar-Free Honey
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese grated

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Add the carrots, brussels sprouts and red bell pepper to the baking sheet, and drizzle with olive oil. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the baking sheet from the oven, and add the sausage and onions to it.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the garlic, honey and Italian seasoning, and drizzle it over the ingredients. Toss to coat well.
  • Bake for another 20-30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
