Low Carb Honey Mustard Kielbasa, Chicken and Green Bean Skillet

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 pound Boneless skinless chicken tenderloins cut into bite sized pieces
  • 14 ounces All Natural Kielbasa sliced
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Chicken Broth
  • 12 ounces Fresh Green Beans trimmed and snapped
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 3 tbsp Sugar-Free Honey

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.

  2. Add the chicken, and season it with the onion powder, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste. Sear the chicken until almost completely cooked through.

  3. Toss the kielbasa into the skillet, and saute with the chicken until the sausage is browned and the chicken is completely cooked through.

  4. Remove the meat, and set aside.

  5. Reduce the heat to medium low, and pour in the chicken broth and green beans.

  6. Place a lid on the skillet, and simmer until the green beans are a crisp tender.

  7. Stir in the minced garlic, and saute for 30 seconds.

  8. Pour in the heavy whipping cream, dijon and sugar free honey, saute until the mixture has thickened.

  9. Return the meat to the skillet, and toss to coat well in the sauce.

  10. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste before serving.
