With just 5 grams net carbs per serving, this honey mustard kielbasa and green beans skillet recipe is delicious and low-carb.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
Add the chicken, and season it with the onion powder, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste. Sear the chicken until almost completely cooked through.
Toss the kielbasa into the skillet, and saute with the chicken until the sausage is browned and the chicken is completely cooked through.
Remove the meat, and set aside.
Reduce the heat to medium low, and pour in the chicken broth and green beans.
Place a lid on the skillet, and simmer until the green beans are a crisp tender.
Stir in the minced garlic, and saute for 30 seconds.
Pour in the heavy whipping cream, dijon and sugar free honey, saute until the mixture has thickened.
Return the meat to the skillet, and toss to coat well in the sauce.
Season with additional salt and pepper to taste before serving.
