Low Carb Honey Mustard Kielbasa, Chicken and Green Bean Skillet

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 pound Boneless skinless chicken tenderloins cut into bite sized pieces
  • 14 ounces All Natural Kielbasa sliced
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Chicken Broth
  • 12 ounces Fresh Green Beans trimmed and snapped
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 3 tbsp Sugar-Free Honey

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
  • Add the chicken, and season it with the onion powder, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste. Sear the chicken until almost completely cooked through.
  • Toss the kielbasa into the skillet, and saute with the chicken until the sausage is browned and the chicken is completely cooked through.
  • Remove the meat, and set aside.
  • Reduce the heat to medium low, and pour in the chicken broth and green beans.
  • Place a lid on the skillet, and simmer until the green beans are a crisp tender.
  • Stir in the minced garlic, and saute for 30 seconds.
  • Pour in the heavy whipping cream, dijon and sugar free honey, saute until the mixture has thickened.
  • Return the meat to the skillet, and toss to coat well in the sauce.
  • Season with additional salt and pepper to taste before serving.
