4cupsFrozen Mashed Cauliflower cooked
3cupsBroccoli Florets lightly steamed
3tbspButter
1/4cupSugar-Free Honey
3-4tspSriracha
1/2cupShredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
Cook the chicken tenders in the air fryer according to the package instructions.
While the chicken is cooking, melt the butter in a pot over medium heat on the stove
Stir in the sugar free honey and the sriracha. Simmer until the mixture thickens.
Cut the cooked chicken tenders into bite sized pieces, and place them in a mixing bowl.
Pour the hot honey sauce over the chicken, and toss to combine.
Layer a serving of mashed cauliflower and broccoli into each serving bowl.
Top the bowls with some of the hot honey chicken, and sprinkle with a serving of cheddar cheese before serving.
