Ingredients

  • 4 servings Real Good Chicken Tenders
  • 4 cups Frozen Mashed Cauliflower cooked
  • 3 cups Broccoli Florets lightly steamed
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 cup Sugar-Free Honey
  • 3-4 tsp Sriracha
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  • Cook the chicken tenders in the air fryer according to the package instructions.
  • While the chicken is cooking, melt the butter in a pot over medium heat on the stove
  • Stir in the sugar free honey and the sriracha. Simmer until the mixture thickens.
  • Cut the cooked chicken tenders into bite sized pieces, and place them in a mixing bowl.
  • Pour the hot honey sauce over the chicken, and toss to combine.
  • Layer a serving of mashed cauliflower and broccoli into each serving bowl.
  • Top the bowls with some of the hot honey chicken, and sprinkle with a serving of cheddar cheese before serving.
