1poundLean Ground Beef
2tspMinced Garlic
1tspItalian Seasoning
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 1/2cupsLow-Carb Marinara Sauce
6ounces Fresh Mozzarella Pearls
1/2cupParmesan Cheese grated
12ouncesBlanched Green Beans
Instructions
Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Spread the blanched green beans into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
Add the ground beef to a skillet over medium high heat, and saute until the meat is completely browned. Drain the excess grease, and reduce the heat to medium.
Stir in the garlic, Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. Saute for 1 minute.
Mix in the marinara sauce and ½ of the parmesan cheese. Stir to combine well.
Pour the sauce over the green beans in the baking dish, and sprinkle with the mozzarella pearls. Stir to combine.
Sprinkle with the remaining parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese has melted.
