Ingredients

  • 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups Low-Carb Marinara Sauce
  • 6 ounces Fresh Mozzarella Pearls
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 12 ounces Blanched Green Beans

Instructions

  • Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spread the blanched green beans into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Add the ground beef to a skillet over medium high heat, and saute until the meat is completely browned. Drain the excess grease, and reduce the heat to medium.
  • Stir in the garlic, Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. Saute for 1 minute.
  • Mix in the marinara sauce and ½ of the parmesan cheese. Stir to combine well.
  • Pour the sauce over the green beans in the baking dish, and sprinkle with the mozzarella pearls. Stir to combine.
  • Sprinkle with the remaining parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese has melted.
