Ingredients

  • 14 ounces Natural Kielbasa
  • Keto Noodles (Palmini, low carb ramen or miracle noodles)
  • 1/2 Onion chopped
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper chopped
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 2 tsp Garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 tbsp Sugar-Free Stir Fry Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute

Instructions

  • Whisk together the sesame oil, stir fry sauce, soy sauce, ginger paste, garlic, rice vinegar and Swerve in a bowl until well combined.
  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
  • Add the sliced kielbasa, and saute until crispy and browned on the outside. Remove and set aside.
  • Reduce the heat to medium, and stir in the onions and peppers. Saute until the vegetables soften.
  • Return the kielbasa to the skillet, and add in the noodles of your choice.
  • Pour the sauce over the ingredients, and stir to combine well.
  • Saute for 5 more minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with green onions before serving.
