Whisk together the sesame oil, stir fry sauce, soy sauce, ginger paste, garlic, rice vinegar and Swerve in a bowl until well combined.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
Add the sliced kielbasa, and saute until crispy and browned on the outside. Remove and set aside.
Reduce the heat to medium, and stir in the onions and peppers. Saute until the vegetables soften.
Return the kielbasa to the skillet, and add in the noodles of your choice.
Pour the sauce over the ingredients, and stir to combine well.
Saute for 5 more minutes before serving.
Garnish with green onions before serving.
