Ingredients

Keto Chocolate Crust

  • 1 1/2 cups Almond Flour
  • 5 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 1/4 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 4 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

Chocolate Cheesecake Layer

  • 16 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 1 cup Lily's Dark Chocolate Baking Chips
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Lily's Baking Chips Garnish

Instructions

  • Mix together the crust ingredients in a mixing bowl until well combined.
  • Line a 9x9 baking dish with aluminum foil, and spray with baking spray.
  • Press the crust mixture into the baking dish.
  • Blend the cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  • Add the heavy whipping cream and 1 cup of chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl. Heat for 30 second intervals until completely melted and combined.
  • Pour the Swerve, chocolate mixture and vanilla into the mixing bowl with the cream cheese. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Spread the mixture on top of the crust.
  • Top with the chocolate pieces.
  • Chill for 4 hours or up to overnight before slicing to serve.
