Ingredients

Keto Chocolate Crust

  • 1 1/2 cups Almond Flour
  • 5 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 1/4 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 4 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

Chocolate Cheesecake Layer

  • 16 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 1 cup Lily's Dark Chocolate Baking Chips
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Lily's Baking Chips Garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix together the crust ingredients in a mixing bowl until well combined.

  2. Line a 9x9 baking dish with aluminum foil, and spray with baking spray.

  3. Press the crust mixture into the baking dish.

  4. Blend the cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth.

  5. Add the heavy whipping cream and 1 cup of chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl. Heat for 30 second intervals until completely melted and combined.

  6. Pour the Swerve, chocolate mixture and vanilla into the mixing bowl with the cream cheese. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  7. Spread the mixture on top of the crust.

  8. Top with the chocolate pieces.

  9. Chill for 4 hours or up to overnight before slicing to serve.
