If you love chocolate, then make these! Low-Carb Death By Chocolate Cheesecake Bars are so rich, you can only eat one!
Chocolate Cheesecake Bars
There are three incredible layers to these decadent cheesecake bars. First, you have the keto chocolate crust. On top of that is the creamy chocolate cheesecake.
Then, it’s all topped with even more chocolate! It’s no wonder I called them death by chocolate bars.
They will take your love of chocolate to the next level. The really shocking thing is that each bar only has 5 grams net carbs so you can indulge without going over your carbs!
Death By Chocolate Cheesecake Bars
The chocolate crust has to be one of my favorite things about these tasty keto dessert bars. It really tastes just like a chocolate graham cracker crust! The secret is using almond flour.
Don’t use coconut flour or almond meal. To get the perfect texture, you need to use almond flour. Then, sweeten it with Swerve confectioner’s sugar substitute. This will make the crust have that crumbly texture.
Use this crust in other keto cheesecake recipes! It will taste amazing as the crust for keto candy cane cheesecake. Or recreate chocolate covered strawberries and use chocolate crust in my low-carb strawberry cheesecake bars.
Low-Carb Chocolate Cheesecake Bars
Can you make the bars into a keto-friendly cheesecake? Yes, you sure can! Just add everything to a pie plate and then cut it into slices.
You can also cut the bars into tinier pieces and serve them as little chocolate cheesecake bites at your party.
And if you really want to take your love of chocolate to the next level, drizzle some keto-friendly chocolate syrup on top. Talk about a chocolate overload!
What To Serve With Cheesecake
The best way to serve these chocolate cheesecake bars is to set them out at a party and let your guests eat them up!
Fill up the dessert or snack table with a few other keto-friendly desserts, like no-bake keto churro cheesecake bars or churro fat bombs. Both of those options show off beautifully!
If you need more dessert ideas, I suggest making keto churro chips with cheesecake dip. Or keep it classic and make keto churros!
How Long Does Cheesecake Last In The Fridge
The problem with storing cheesecake or cheesecake bars is that as they sit in the fridge, the cream cheese layer softens the crust. I suggest eating the cheesecake bars within three days for the best results.
Store your cheesecake bars in an airtight container and keep them refrigerated.
