Ingredients

Beef and Broccoli

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 pounds Stir Fry Steak Strips
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 3 cups Broccoli Florets
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper
  • Chopped Green Onions for garnish

Low-Carb Orange Sauce

  • 3 tbsp Orange Juice
  • 1/4 cup Beef Broth
  • 2 tsp Orange Zest
  • 2 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil

Instructions

  • Whisk together the sauce ingredients in a bowl, and set aside for later.
  • Heat the oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
  • Season the steak pieces with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Sear the steak on all sides until almost cooked through.
  • Stir the broccoli and red bell pepper into the skillet.
  • Pour the sauce into the skillet, and toss the ingredients to coat.
  • Simmer until most of the sauce is absorbed and the vegetables and meat are cooked to your liking.
  • Garnish with green onions before serving.
