1 1/2cupsShredded Mozzarella Cheese
6ounces Cream Cheese
5ounces Pastrami chopped
2tspRanch Seasoning
1tbspFresh Dill chopped
Instructions
Heat the oven to 425 degrees.
Create six circles out of the mozzarella cheese on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 6-8 minutes, or until the edges of the cheese circles begin to brown and crisp up.
In a bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients until well combined.
Remove the tray from the oven, and let cool for 2 minutes.
Place a layer of the filling down the center of each cheese circle.
Carefully roll the cheese up over the filling.
Let the rollups cool and crisp up before serving.
