Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 6 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 5 ounces Pastrami chopped
  • 2 tsp Ranch Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Dill chopped

Instructions

  • Heat the oven to 425 degrees.
  • Create six circles out of the mozzarella cheese on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 6-8 minutes, or until the edges of the cheese circles begin to brown and crisp up.
  • In a bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients until well combined.
  • Remove the tray from the oven, and let cool for 2 minutes.
  • Place a layer of the filling down the center of each cheese circle.
  • Carefully roll the cheese up over the filling.
  • Let the rollups cool and crisp up before serving.
