If cold cuts are your favorite, then you’ll love these low-carb pastrami roll-ups. They’re ready in less than 10 minutes.

Pastrami Roll Ups
When it comes to cured meat, there’s nothing like pastrami. It’s smoky, salty, and has the slightest touch of spice.

But I think the texture is my favorite thing.
Unlike chicken or turkey that has that shredded texture, pastrami is tender. And it tastes the best when you get it from the deli counter and ask them to cut it as this as possible!
You’ll usually see pastrami served on Rye bread with mustard. But we’re on keto, so we’re gonna make some high-fat roll-ups that will keep you full until your next meal.
There are only five simple ingredients in these roll-ups. And they’re easy to find in the grocery store!
Low-Carb Cream Cheese Roll Ups
There are two parts to the roll-ups. First, I made simple cheese wraps (and I’ll talk more about them later in the post).

Then, I mixed together a scrumptious filling and rolled the wraps around it. The filling is so good, you might be tempted to just eat it with a fork!
For the filling, I combined the pastrami with cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and some fresh dill. Don’t skip the fresh dill – and make sure you use fresh!
Dried dill is too crunch and has a very mild aroma. You’ll smell the dill as you pick up the roll ups to take your first bite.
It’s what elevates them to a new level of deliciousness.
Easy Cheese Wraps
I’ve used this hack to make cheese wraps in a lot of other recipes (and I shared a lot of them at the bottom of this post).

Basically, when you shred some cheese and place it in a round pile on a baking sheet, and then bake it for about 8 minutes, the cheese because a pliable wrap. You don’t have to add any flour, eggs, or thickener.
The secret is to place the filling on the wrap while it’s still really warm. Then, gently wrap the cheese around the filling.
As it cools, it will become more solid, staying in place. For these wraps, I use mozzarella cheese but you could also use white cheddar cheese or a combination of mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Keto Lunch Ideas
After taking one bite of these pastrami roll ups, you’ll think they taste like your favorite cold-cut sub sandwich! So if you want to eat them for lunch, serve them with something light, like a bowl of keto Olive Garden salad.

It will give you some more nutrition. Or, if you like spicy foods, add some keto sweet and spicy canned chicken salad to the table with the roll-ups.
You can also round out the flavors with a bowl of keto broccoli cheese soup. Add some keto Olive Garden breadsticks to the table with a glass of sugar-free sweet tea and you’re ready to eat!
Keto Pastrami Recipe
I like to eat these roll-ups for lunch. There are 4 grams net carbs in each one.

And they only take like 10-15 minutes to make, from start to finish! You could also make a double or triple batch and set them out as an appetizer at a party.
People will love them!
Can you save leftover pastrami roll-ups? Yes, you can but I suggest eating them within a day.
And don’t try to reheat them in the microwave. They taste just fine when they’re cold.
If you try to heat them up, the cheese might melt.
