Ingredients

  • 24 ounces Frozen Peas thawed
  • 1/2 Red Onion diced
  • 6 strips Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Mayo
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1/3 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 tsp Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine thawed peas and mayo.
  • Add onion, bacon and cheese. Stir well so that everything is evenly mixed and coated.
  • Stir in salt and pepper.
  • Garnish with additional bacon crumbles, if desired.
