Instructions
Stir together the cottage cheese, pudding mix, pumpkin pie spice and pumpkin puree in a mixing bowl until well combined.
Add the heavy whipping cream and Swerve to another mixing bowl, and blend until soft peaks have formed.
Fold the whipped cream mixture into the cottage cheese mixture until well blended.
Serve immediately garnished with whipped cream, or chill before serving if desired.
