Remake the hottest drink of fall in your kitchen. This low-carb pumpkin spice latte has all the flavor (and caffeine) and none of the carbs.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Espresso or Dark Coffee
  • 2 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar Alternative
  • 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Spice
  • Sugar-Free Whipped Topping

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the pumpkin puree, brown sugar alternative and pumpkin spice. Followed by the milk and espresso/black coffee.
  • Mix the ingredients until frothy.
  • Pour the ingredients into a microwave safe mug and heat to your desired temperature.
  • Carefully remove the mug from the microwave and top with desired amount of sugar free whipped topping.
  • *Optional garnish: Add a sprinkle of additional pumpkin spice or cinnamon on top.
