Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Fresh Mixed Salad Greens
  • 1 1/2 cups Cherry Tomatoes Halved or Quartered
  • 1/2 Red Onion chopped
  • 4 large Hardboiled Eggs Chopped or Sliced
  • 1 cup Frozen Green Peas thawed
  • 1 1/2 cups Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Crumbled Bacon Pieces

Keto Dressing

  • 1 1/4 cups Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Sugar-Free Honey
  • 1/3 cup Grated Parmesan
  • 2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place all of the dressing ingredients in a bowl, and stir until well combined.
  • Layer the mixed greens in the bottom of a large salad bowl.
  • Add the cherry tomatoes on top of the greens.
  • Sprinkle the red onion and then the hard boiled eggs over the top.
  • Place a layer of green peas next.
  • Spread the dressing over the layer of peas.
  • Top the salad with the shredded cheese and bacon pieces.
