1/2tspGarlic Powder
1tspOld Bay Seasoning
1tbspOlive Oil
1squeezeFresh Lemon Juice
1tspSugar-Free Honey
Salad
6cupsRomaine Lettuce chopped
1cupCherry Tomatoes halved
4Hard Boiled Eggs sliced
1Avocadosliced
Keto Thousand Island Dressing
1/2cupMayonnaise
1/4cupSugar-Free Ketchup
2tspDijon Mustard
1tspSugar-Free Honey
1/2tspWorcestershire Sauce
1tspMinced Garlic
1tbspCapers drained
1squeezeFresh Lemon Juice
Instructions
Mix together all of the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl, and chill until ready to serve.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
Add the shrimp to the skillet, along with the garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, sugar free honey, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Sear the shrimp until cooked through and allow to cool.
Place the lettuce into a large serving bowl, and top with the tomatoes, egg, avocado and shrimp.
Drizzle the dressing over the top of the salad, and toss before serving.
