Ingredients

Strawberry Cheesecake Fluff

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Sugar-Free Strawberry Jello Mix
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Strawberries chopped

Topping

  • 3 tbsp Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute
  • 3 tbsp Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Pecans
  • 1 tbsp Melted Butter

Instructions

  • Blend the heavy whipping cream and Swerve confectioners sugar substitute in a mixing bowl until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  • Add the cream cheese, vanilla and Jello mix to another mixing bowl, and beat together until smooth.
  • Incorporate the whipped cream mixture into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  • Fold in the strawberries.
  • Layer the strawberry fluff in a serving bowl.
  • Mix together the almond flour. Swerve brown sugar substitute, pecans and melted butter in a bowl until well combined.
  • Sprinkle the crumb topping over the strawberry fluff and serve.
