Ingredients

Turkey Breast

  • 2 pounds Fully Cooked Sliced Turkey Breast
  • 4 tbsp Butter softened
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Sage
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1 tsp Fresh Chopped Rosemary

Turnips

  • 2 medium Turnips peeled and chopped
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh Chopped Rosemary

Brussels Sprouts

  • 2 cups Brussels Sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Fresh Chopped Rosemary

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Form a bowl out of tin foil, and place the turkey breast into it.
  • In a bowl, mix together the butter, 2 tsp garlic, sage, thyme and 1 tsp fresh rosemary.
  • Rub the butter mixture over the top of the turkey breast, and place the turkey in its tin foil bowl on the baking sheet.
  • In a bowl, toss together the turnips with the olive oil, garlic, rosemary and salt and pepper to taste. Place the turnips on the sheet pan.
  • Combine the carrots with the honey and salt and pepper to taste, and place onto the sheet pan. Dot the butter over the top of the carrots.
  • Mix together the brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic, rosemary and salt and pepper to taste, and add them to the sheet pan.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are roasted to your liking.
