Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Form a bowl out of tin foil, and place the turkey breast into it.
In a bowl, mix together the butter, 2 tsp garlic, sage, thyme and 1 tsp fresh rosemary.
Rub the butter mixture over the top of the turkey breast, and place the turkey in its tin foil bowl on the baking sheet.
In a bowl, toss together the turnips with the olive oil, garlic, rosemary and salt and pepper to taste. Place the turnips on the sheet pan.
Combine the carrots with the honey and salt and pepper to taste, and place onto the sheet pan. Dot the butter over the top of the carrots.
Mix together the brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic, rosemary and salt and pepper to taste, and add them to the sheet pan.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are roasted to your liking.
