Layer 1 half of the miracle noodles in a small well greased casserole dish.
Stir together the ricotta, ¼ cup parmesan, Italian seasoning and salt to taste in a mixing bowl until well combined.
Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles.
Spoon half of the marinara sauce over the ricotta layer.
Sprinkle on ½ of the mozzarella cheese.
Repeat the layer with the remaining noodles, ricotta mixture, marinara, mozzarella and 1 tbsp of parmesan cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
