TikTok Ramen Lasagna
If you’re like me, your FYP is full of tasty recipes that you can’t wait to make! I’ve put my own twist on a few other TikTok recipes before.
Keto TikTok Cajun Sausage Cabbage Alfredo is creamy and perfectly spicy. And Keto TikTok Mini Peppers and Cucumber Salad is so pretty that I get hungry for it as I make it.
Then, Keto TikTok Chicken Cobbler made the perfect entree! When I saw people on TikTok making lasagna with ramen noodles, I knew I had to make a keto-friendly version.
You don’t have to use the same noodles that I used. You can use either zoodles or Palmini noodles – but they will soften more and won’t have the same ramen look to them.

I’m all about finding creative ways to enjoy my old favorites recipes on a low-carb diet. And Ramen noodles is one thing I missed! This ramen lasagna hits the spot for cheesy tomato pasta and ramen at the same time.

There are so many different ways to make lasagna when you’re on a keto diet. You just have to be creative and use a low-carb noodle. Or, think outside the (noodle) box and make lasagna with veggies.
For a protein boost, make Keto TikTok Protein Lasagna. The cottage cheese adds creaminess and protein! Or skip the pasta entirely and make Keto Lasagna Stuffed Peppers. They are crispy and give you the fiber you need.
You can also make keto eggplant lasagna if you’re in the mood to try something different. The eggplant has a unique texture, so it isn’t a perfect replacement for pasta.
Or you can even make keto lasagna roll ups to serve at a party or eat as a quick lunch.
What To Eat With Lasagna
A plate of savory keto ramen lasagna will fill you up, so you don’t have to make very many sides to go along with it. If you want, add a bowl of low-carb seven layer salad to the table.
Or enjoy some low-carb million dollar deviled eggs on the side. They are high-protein and so fun to munch on. They are a fantastic choice for lunch or a party.

Lasagna Meal Prep
Store the ramen lasagna in an airtight container and keep it in the refrigerator for up to three days. This is the perfect meal to use in your meal prep because it heats up so well in the microwave.
Since this recipe is so easy to make, I don’t recommend trying to freeze it. It tastes so much better when you make it fresh.

Ingredients
- Miracle Noodles
- Marinara Sauce
- Ricotta Cheese
- Parmesan Cheese
- Italian Seasoning
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Layer 1 half of the miracle noodles in a small well greased casserole dish.
Stir together the ricotta, ¼ cup parmesan, Italian seasoning and salt to taste in a mixing bowl until well combined.
Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles.
Spoon half of the marinara sauce over the ricotta layer.
Sprinkle on ½ of the mozzarella cheese.
Repeat the layer with the remaining noodles, ricotta mixture, marinara, mozzarella and 1 tbsp of parmesan cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.

- 2 packages Miracle Noodles drained and rinsed well
- 1 cup Low-Carb Marinara Sauce
- 1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated + 1 tablespoon, divided
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
