Ingredients

Peanut Butter Layer

  • 1 cup natural creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar substitute
  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Chocolate Layer

  • 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  • Mix together peanut butter, powdered sugar substitute and coconut four.
  • Stir in coconut oil and vanilla extract.
  • Spread batter into a parchment paper-lined pan. Set aside.
  • Melt sugar-free chocolate chips with coconut oil. (I did 30-second increments in the microwave until smooth).
  • Pour the melted chocolate on top of the peanut butter layer.
  • Place in the freezer to set. Approximately 45 minutes.
  • Remove and slice.
  • Store in an airtight container back in the freezer or refrigerator.
