Looking for an easy holiday dessert? These no-bake keto chocolate peanut butter bars recipe taste sweet and give you a dose of protein too!
It’s no secret that I prefer recipes that I can make in a few minutes and no-bake desserts are my favorite kind. If I can get away with not having to use the oven, I will. These no bake bars are the perfect balance of salty, sweet, and filling. They have lots of protein and healthy fats and hardly any net carbs.
Keto Peanut Butter Bars
Who else feels like they need more energy right now? These peanut butter bars are made with peanut butter and coconut flour – a source of both protein and healthy fats that will give your body long-lasting fuel. Instead of affecting your blood sugar and giving you a terrible crash, these bars will give you a sustainable source of energy that won’t wear out as easily.
Since this is a no-bake recipe, it will save you time. You can let it sit in the refrigerator while you go about your day and make other foods or just spend more time with your kids.
Make a bunch and store them in your refrigerator so you always have a low-carb snack that you can grab when you feel a little hungry. You can also serve them as a holiday treat or at a party (so you know you’ll have something that you can eat!).

Kid-Friendly Keto Snack
I love finding a snack that my kids and I can eat together. It’s so tempting to munch on their foods – kid’s snacks are notoriously high in sugars though. This way, we can all eat the same thing together.
These peanut butter bars are a healthy snack the whole family will love. In fact, it’s so easy to make, the kids can help you in the kitchen. It’s as easy as mixing everything together and letting it sit. You might have to help the kids melt the chocolate – but other than that it’s so easy!
