Ingredients

Chicken Thighs

  • 4 Bone-In Chicken Thighs skin on or off
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Keto Honey Garlic Sauce

  • 4 tbsp Butter melted
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 3 tbsp Sugar-Free Honey
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Place the chicken thighs in a bowl, and drizzle in the olive oil. Toss to coat well.
  • Season the chicken with the onion powder, garlic powder, paprika and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Put the chicken on a baking sheet, and bake for 30 minutes. Flip the chicken over, and then bake for another 20 minutes.
  • Mix together the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl.
  • Coat the chicken in the sauce, and place in the oven until it has caramelized.
