Ingredients

  • 8 Chicken Thighs Skinless, bone-in or with skin and bones
  • 3 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 3 tbsp Grated Parmesan
  • 3 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground Paprika
  • 1 tsp Dried Herbs any choice of herbs
  • 1/3 tsp Ground Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in the microwave and pour it into a large bowl. Add grated parmesan, all spices and salt. Mix thoroughly.
  • Peel the garlic cloves, finely chop and add to the marinade bowl. Mix everything thoroughly again.
  • Rinse chicken thighs and pat dry to remove excess moisture. Transfer to a large bowl for easy mixing and add the marinade.
  • Mix everything thoroughly - it is more convenient to do it with your hands. If you have time, cover the bowl with a lid (or cling film) and refrigerate for several hours.
  • Transfer the marinated chicken thighs to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 400F for 13 minutes on one side, then flip and cook another 6-7 minutes on the other side.
  • Serve the thighs hot with fresh herbs, sauce, lemon or vegetables.
