Are you ready for one of the easiest dinner recipes you have ever made? There are just seven simple ingredients in this delicious recipe. Since they are chicken thighs, they always come out amazingly juicy.

The dark meat stays moist in the air fryer while the outside becomes extra crispy.

These chicken thighs are so large that you can make enough for your weekly meal prep, too. If you see some chicken thighs on sale, grab them! This recipe will show you how to make enough chicken for multiple meals.

Keep reading, and I’ll give you plenty of tips and examples of ways to reuse this tasty meat. 

You’ll notice that one of the ingredients is one teaspoon of dried herbs. Use your favorite herbs. Basil, oregano, Italian, or lemon pepper seasoning are all fantastic choices. You could even use a teaspoon of poultry seasoning.

These chicken thighs are really versatile, so be creative.

It’s actually really easy to make a keto chicken thigh recipe. Just add some butter and your favorite spices to the chicken and then cook them until they are completely cooked.

The best way to tell if the chicken is fully cooked is to use an instant read food thermometer. Chicken should be cooked until it reaches an internal temperature of at least 165F.

I used some freshly grated parmesan cheese on the outside of these air fryer chicken thighs. The hard cheese is the perfect thing to give it a crispy coating. You can replace parmesan cheese with your favorite type of hard cheese. Try it with Parmigiano or gruyere cheese.

Different flavors will add complexity to the way the chicken tastes. 

The paprika gives these chicken thighs a smoky flavor. If you want them to taste spicier, add some cayenne pepper and chili powder. A few red pepper flakes will give them a spicier flavor too.

Ingredients
Chicken thighs (skinless bone-in or with skin and bones)
Unsalted butter
Grated Parmesan
Garlic cloves
Salt
Paprika
Dried herbs
Ground black pepper

Instruction

Melt the butter in the microwave and pour it into a large bowl. Add grated parmesan, all spices and salt. Mix thoroughly.

Peel the garlic cloves, finely chop and add to the marinade bowl. Mix everything thoroughly again.

Rinse chicken thighs and pat dry to remove excess moisture. Transfer to a large bowl for easy mixing and add the marinade.

Mix everything thoroughly – it is more convenient to do it with your hands. If you have time, cover the bowl with a lid (or cling film) and refrigerate for several hours.

Transfer the marinated chicken thighs to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 200C for 13 minutes on one side, then flip and cook another 6-7 minutes on the other side.

  • 8 Chicken Thighs Skinless, bone-in or with skin and bones
  • 3 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 3 tbsp Grated Parmesan
  • 3 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground Paprika
  • 1 tsp Dried Herbs any choice of herbs
  • 1/3 tsp Ground Black Pepper

Instructions
