Ingredients
2poundsBoneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
1tbspOlive Oil
1/2`tspPaprika
1/4tspGarlic Powder
2tbspButter
1/2Onion chopped
2`tspMinced Garlic
5ounces Cream Cheese
1/2cupChicken Broth
Everything Bagel Seasoning to taste
1/4cupChopped Green Onions
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat on the stove.
Season the chicken with the paprika, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste.
Saute the chicken until browned and cooked through.
Remove the chicken from the skillet, and set aside. Drain the oil out.
Reduce the heat to medium, and add the butter to the skillet.
Saute the onions until tender.
Stir in the garlic and saute another 30 seconds.
In a blender, blend together the cream cheese and chicken broth until smooth.
Pour the cream cheese mixture into the skillet, and stir to combine.
Return the chicken to the skillet, and toss in the sauce.
Garnish with everything seasoning and green onions before serving.
