Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 `tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 Onion chopped
  • 2 `tsp Minced Garlic
  • 5 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning to taste
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat on the stove.
  • Season the chicken with the paprika, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Saute the chicken until browned and cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet, and set aside. Drain the oil out.
  • Reduce the heat to medium, and add the butter to the skillet.
  • Saute the onions until tender.
  • Stir in the garlic and saute another 30 seconds.
  • In a blender, blend together the cream cheese and chicken broth until smooth.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture into the skillet, and stir to combine.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet, and toss in the sauce.
  • Garnish with everything seasoning and green onions before serving.
