Everything But The Bagel Chicken Thighs
I have to admit, Everything but the Bagel seasoning is one of my favorite spice mixes of all time! I made some baked chicken breasts that I spiced with Everything Bagel seasoning and they turned out amazing.
The chicken breasts were chopped and I used them in my salads throughout the week. There was something missing from that recipe, and I think it was a rich and creamy sauce. I love making creamy recipes.
Sauces made with heavy cream or cream cheese make the entire dish more satisfying and filling. This is going to become your favorite way to cook chicken thighs.
You don’t have to worry about carbs – there are only 3 grams net carbs in each serving!

I like to buy this seasoning in a jar because it saves me a ton of time. It’s easy to make your own if you want! Here is what’s in Everything Bagel seasoning:

Creamy Chicken Thigh Recipe
This is the perfect base for lots of different keto dinner ideas. Add the sauce on top of your favorite keto-friendly noodles (I love Palmini canned pasta). You can also serve this with some low-carb green beans and bacon on the side.
If you love spices and complex flavors, then this keto loaded ranch cauliflower is amazing! The cauliflower is roasted and has the best crispy texture. For anyone that loves cheese, these keto scalloped turnips will taste perfect with the chicken thighs too.
Keto Chicken Thighs
Save this recipe to use in your meal prep. You can either reheat the entire recipe or save the chicken thighs and use them on top of chopped lettuce for a delicious salad.
Store leftover skillet chicken thighs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. The creamy sauce will thicken the longer it is in the refrigerator. Just heat it up and it will melt beautifully again.
