I have to admit, Everything but the Bagel seasoning is one of my favorite spice mixes of all time! I made some baked chicken breasts that I spiced with Everything Bagel seasoning and they turned out amazing.
The chicken breasts were chopped and I used them in my salads throughout the week. There was something missing from that recipe, and I think it was a rich and creamy sauce. I love making creamy recipes.
Sauces made with heavy cream or cream cheese make the entire dish more satisfying and filling. This is going to become your favorite way to cook chicken thighs.

Boneless skinless chicken thighs
Olive oil
Paprika
Garlic powder
Salt and pepper
Butter
Onion
Minced garlic
Cream cheese
Chicken broth
Everything seasoning
Green onions
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat on the stove.
2. Season the chicken with the paprika, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste.
3. Saute the chicken until browned and cooked through.
4. Remove the chicken from the skillet, and set aside. Drain the oil out.
5. Reduce the heat to medium, and add the butter to the skillet.
6. Saute the onions until tender.
7. Stir in the garlic and saute another 30 seconds.
8. In a blender, blend together the cream cheese and chicken broth until smooth.
9. Pour the cream cheese mixture into the skillet, and stir to combine.
10. Return the chicken to the skillet, and toss in the sauce.
11. Garnish with everything seasoning and green onions before serving.
