Ingredients

  • 1 cup Roasted Cashews
  • 1 cup Roasted Pistachios
  • 1 cup Roasted Almonds
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 tsp Parsley Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Cayenee Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 package Parmesan Cheese Crisps

Instructions

  • Prepare the slow cooker liner by spritzing with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine the nuts.
  • In a small bowl, beat the egg white until frothy. Pour over the nuts and toss to coat.
  • Add the seasonings to the nuts and toss until evenly coated.
  • Place the nuts in the slow cooker, cover, and cook on high for 1 1⁄2 hours, stirring every 15 minutes.
  • Toss the nuts with grated Parmesan cheese and transfer to a rimmed baking sheet covered with parchment or waxed paper. Allow to cool completely.
  • Add the cheese crisps to the nuts and toss to evenly distribute.
  • Store the snack mix in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
