1 cupRoasted Cashews
1cupRoasted Pistachios
1cupRoasted Almonds
1Egg White
1tspParsley Flakes
1/2tspItalian Seasoning
1/2tspGarlic Powder
1/8 tspCayenee Pepper
1/4cupParmesan Cheesegrated
1packageParmesan Cheese Crisps
Instructions
Prepare the slow cooker liner by spritzing with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine the nuts.
In a small bowl, beat the egg white until frothy. Pour over the nuts and toss to coat.
Add the seasonings to the nuts and toss until evenly coated.
Place the nuts in the slow cooker, cover, and cook on high for 1 1⁄2 hours, stirring every 15 minutes.
Toss the nuts with grated Parmesan cheese and transfer to a rimmed baking sheet covered with parchment or waxed paper. Allow to cool completely.
Add the cheese crisps to the nuts and toss to evenly distribute.
Store the snack mix in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
