Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/2 Onion chopped
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper Chpped
  • 1/2 Green Bell Pepper Chopped
  • 3 cups Green Cabbage cut into thin long noodle shapes
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 3 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 3 tsp Chili Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions

Instructions

  • Add the ground beef, onions, and pepper to a skillet over medium high heat. Saute until the meat is browned and the vegetables have softened. Drain the excess grease.
  • Whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, Swerve, garlic, ginger paste and chili garlic sauce in a small bowl.
  • Place the cabbage into the skillet, and stir to combine. Reduce the heat to medium low, cover the skillet and saute until the cabbage is done to your liking.
  • Pour the sauce over the ingredients, and saute for another 3-5 minutes before serving garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
