1cupWater
2/3cupGranulated Swerve Sugar Substitute
1/2cupWalnutschopped
1poundBoneless Skinless Chicken Breasts cut into pieces
2tbspOlive Oil
2tbspSugar-Free Honey
1/4cupMayonnaise
1tbspHeavy Whipping Cream
1tbspSwerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
1/4cupGreen Onions
Instructions
Combine water and ⅔ cup granulated Swerve in a pot over medium high heat. Bring to a boil.
Add walnuts to the boiling sugar water, and boil for 2-3 minutes. Remove, drain and dry well.
Place oil in a skillet over medium high heat on the stove. Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
Saute chicken in the heated oil until chicken is cooked through.
While the chicken is cooking, combine the sugar free honey, mayonnaise, heavy whipping cream and confectioner sugar substitute in a bowl.
Pour the mixture over the chicken, and toss to coat well.
Mix in green onions, remove from the heat and serve, garnished with the candied walnuts.
