Ingredients

  • 2 Boneless chicken breast You can also use chicken strips and just mix all ingredients together to create a casserole.
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 8 oz Softened cream cheese
  • 7 Diced jalapeno peppers 6 diced and 1 sliced for garnish
  • 7 oz Sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crispy bacon

Instructions

  • Slice chicken breast down the middle and place on baking sheet.
  • Microwave cream cheese until softened.
  • Spread cream cheese over chicken and top with 5 ounces of cheese and diced jalapeno.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes.
  • Remove chicken from oven top with remaining cheese, crumbled bacon and slices of jalapeño and bake until cheese has melted.
