Ingredients:
2 its boneless chicken breast – You can also use chicken strips and just mix all ingredients together to create a casserole.
1 tsp garlic powder
8 oz softened cream cheese
7 diced jalapeno peppers
5 oz sharp cheddar cheese – You can also use pepper jack cheese, Mexican blend, and Swiss cheese!
1/2 cup crispy bacon
To make this jalapeño popper chicken recipe all you need to do is slice a chicken breast down the middle and place on baking sheet. Poke chicken with a toothpick to hold chicken breast together.
Microwave cream cheese so it’s nice and soft, stir in 6 diced jalapeno (if you want the recipe to be milder remove seeds) and spread mixture evenly over the chicken and bake for 20-30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 2 Boneless chicken breast You can also use chicken strips and just mix all ingredients together to create a casserole.
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 8 oz Softened cream cheese
- 7 Diced jalapeno peppers 6 diced and 1 sliced for garnish
- 7 oz Sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crispy bacon
Instructions

Slice chicken breast down the middle and place on baking sheet.

Microwave cream cheese until softened.

Spread cream cheese over chicken and top with 5 ounces of cheese and diced jalapeno.

Bake for 20-30 minutes.

Remove chicken from oven top with remaining cheese, crumbled bacon and slices of jalapeño and bake until cheese has melted.
