This eggnog keto french toast is really easy to make when you use my 90-second bread recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices 90-second keto bread
  • 1/2 cup low-carb eggnog
  • 2 tsp brown sugar substitute
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  • Make 2 servings of 90-second keto bread (link in notes).
  • In a bowl, whisk together the eggnog, brown sugar alternative cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and egg.
  • Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture and cook in a skillet until brown on both sides.
  • Top with a powdered sugar substitute, butter and/or sugar-free syrup.
