What do you do with leftover keto eggnog? You use it to make French toast! This recipe has all of my favorite holiday flavors in it. Your family will love it too. Keep reading for the recipe and don’t forget to pin this post so you can find it again later.
90-Second Keto French Toast
The biggest problem with traditional French Toast for keto dieters is the bread. That’s why I decided to use my 90-second keto bread instead!
This keto bread only takes 90 seconds because I make it in the microwave. This means it turns out looking and tasting more like a mug cake. But when you make this recipe into French toast with eggnog, it changes the flavor entirely. I like it so much more!
The best thing about this 90-second bread recipe is that it is so easy the kids can help you make it. You just mix the ingredients together and microwave them. It turns into bread that you can use to fry up like French Toast.
Best Keto French Toast
There are lots of keto French toast recipes out there, but I have to admit this is my favorite one. As a busy mom, I don’t have a lot of extra time to spend baking myself my own bread.
That’s why just whipping up a mug cake for the French toast is such a life-saver! Oh, and the taste is scrumptious. I happen to be a big fan of eggnog, and this is a great way to put that eggnog to use!
Healthy Christmas Morning Breakfast
This is a really healthy breakfast because the bread is made with almond flour, an egg, and heavy cream (and a few other ingredients). This means it is packed with heart-healthy protein.
Plus, since you are making the bread in the microwave, it’s a really easy keto breakfast. You’ll have to make extras because everyone is going to love how this tastes (and smells as it cooks).
To make it a healthier breakfast, just serve this French toast with some bacon and eggs. Easy!
Quick Keto Breakfast Ideas
Add a festive flavor to a classic breakfast. Everyone loves French Toast. As the butter melts on it, drizzle it with a little bit of sugar-free syrup. You won’t have to add much syrup to it because the eggnog flavor is so delightful!

Low Carb Eggnog Recipe
All of this was inspired by my low-carb eggnog recipe. I made it with a combination of almond milk, eggs, and stevia. It turns out just as creamy and sweet as the sugary version you can buy at the store.
