Easy To Make Lemon Lime Poke Cake
I’ve actually never had poke cake until recently at a friends house and it was love at first bite! The poke cake is so moist, that it’s almost impossible to not go back for seconds! I love that this poke cake recipe is also pretty simple to make! I simply used a boxed white cake mix (you can use any cake mix but the white lets the color really pop), poked holes into the cake and then filled it with gelatin and pudding.
