I am a major coffee fanatic! As a coffee addict, the main reason I had to buy a Keurig® (I bought two of them because I had to have the blue one) was to wake up and make myself a yummy cup of coffee with no effort. The only time I didn’t use my beloved Keurig was when I was craving a specific Starbucks® coffee. However, now I get to make one of my favorite coffee’s at home with the new Starbucks® Caffè Latte K-Cup® pods! This is literally a dream come true for me and is totally worth celebrating with this DIY Glitter K-Cup® Lights (yes, I really do love coffee that much, especially after a long night with a teething baby).
Starbucks® Caffè Latte K-Cup® pods. are a new and easy way to be able to enjoy your favorite Starbucks® flavor at home. It’s made from milk, has no artificial flavors, and they come in caramel (my favorite) mocha and vanilla. Also, for a limited time, pumpkin spice and peppermint mocha are also available. I couldn’t think of a better time for them to make their debut. The chilly weather is here and with the holidays around the corner, that means more guests to share a cup of Starbucks® Caffè Latte with. The more the merrier!
Making the Starbucks® Caffè Latte K-Cup® is a super easy two-step process. Step 1: pour the flavored packet into your mug.
Step 2: Pop in your Starbucks® Caffè Latte K-Cup® into your Keurig® and brew!
It’s that simple! Serve with cookies, muffins or even some toast, for a quick and delicious burst of energy! In honor of the Starbucks® Caffè Latte K-Cup® debut I decided to make K-CupCup® Lights. See the fun DIY below that’s perfect for the holidays.
What You’ll Need:
Starbucks® Caffè Latte K-Cup®
Knife or box cutter
Spray glue
Glitter
3 oz plain white cups
Small string of battery operated lights
How to:
First have your cup of Starbucks® Caffè Latte K-Cup®! 🙂
Remove label and dump coffee grinds. Pull out the coffee grind and wipe down.
Cut an X into the bottom of K-Cup®. **I used a box cutter for more precise cut.
Spray with glue and add glitter.
Set aside to dry.
Pop your glitter K-Cup® & plain white cups onto lights.
Add around your coffee machine if want to wake up to something pretty, string along a table for a romantic look or simply hang off a mantle.
With a little glitter along with Starbucks® Caffè Latte K-Cup® pods. (find them at your favorite grocery store) and I guarantee you’ll be ready to go!

I can honestly say that I did not see the k-cups coming. We use a lot of k-cups in our house and my kids love playing with glitter and this looks like a craft that I could actually accomplish!
